Shipping and Delivery<\/h6>

Shipments are made on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week. On special occasions, such as holidays or non-working days, this schedule may vary. Once the order is confirmed, it will be scheduled for shipping on the next available dispatch day. We pay the transport company for 24-hour deliveries, with a maximum delivery time of 48 hours for destinations far from urban centers.<\/p>

In the event that the transport company withholds the order and fails to deliver it for unknown reasons, you must contact us to evaluate your case and determine whether a refund or a new shipment will be made at no cost to you.<\/p>

The companies responsible for the shipments are FEDEX and SEUR. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer.<\/p>

If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient’s absence, there may be another delivery attempt on the same day or the following day. After 2 failed attempts, the product will be returned to the sender without the option of a refund for the purchase amount, as these are perishable products.<\/p>
