Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week. On special occasions, such as holidays or non-working days, this schedule may vary. Once the order is confirmed, it will be scheduled for shipping on the next available dispatch day. We pay the transport company for 24-hour deliveries, with a maximum delivery time of 48 hours for destinations far from urban centers.
In the event that the transport company withholds the order and fails to deliver it for unknown reasons, you must contact us to evaluate your case and determine whether a refund or a new shipment will be made at no cost to you.
The companies responsible for the shipments are FEDEX and SEUR. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient’s absence, there may be another delivery attempt on the same day or the following day. After 2 failed attempts, the product will be returned to the sender without the option of a refund for the purchase amount, as these are perishable products.

As our products are perishable, returns are only possible if the products are in poor condition. In this case, the refund time will depend on your bank, typically within 14 days after the claim is made.
