Demeter-certified biodynamic citrus stands out for adhering to very strict standards regarding its cultivation and management.

  • Regenerative Agriculture and Biodiversity : Crops are managed in a way that regenerates and enriches the soil, promoting biodiversity and the health of the agricultural ecosystem. No synthetic fertilizers or chemical pesticides are used.
  • Biodynamic Preparations : Special preparations made from herbs, minerals, and manure are applied. These are considered fundamental for vitalizing the soil and plants, improving fertility and disease resistance.
  • Quality and Vitality : Biodynamic foods are recognized for their high quality and vitality, which translates into better flavor, greater freshness, and higher nutritional value.
  • Closed Cycle: The farm aims to function as a self-sufficient organism, recycling nutrients and reducing dependence on external inputs.
  • Astronomical Calendar : Agricultural practices are carried out following a calendar based on lunar and planetary cycles, believed to influence plant growth and development.
  • DEMETER Certification: To obtain DEMETER certification, products must comply with strict international standards that guarantee the entire process, from cultivation to processing (if applicable), follows biodynamic principles.

European Organic Certification

We hold European Organic Certification, which guarantees that our products have been cultivated following organic farming standards and are controlled throughout their entire process of cultivation, irrigation, harvesting, and commercialization.

All organic operators, including us, are inspected at least once a year, with our certifications being renewed annually.

Demeter

Biodynamic Certification: Our Great Achievement!

Being able to offer Demeter-certified products is our great achievement, as they meet the highest certification standards currently available.

The requirements of the Demeter standard are more demanding than those for organic products, with very specific criteria that strengthen the vital processes of the earth and food, and consequently, our own HEALTH.

Due to the strictness of its requirements, very few farms in Spain offer this certification.

We are certified as organic producers by the Committee of Organic Agriculture of the Valencian Community (CAECV).

This means that to obtain our crops, we implement the best practices in environmental and climate matters, maintain a high level of biodiversity, ensure the conservation of natural resources, and apply demanding standards for animal welfare.
